What stays on your device

Amounts, receipt lines, categories, budgets, accounts, transfers and analytics remain in the encrypted local database. Approved household devices may exchange end-to-end encrypted financial events directly. The service does not keep a financial-event backlog.

What the service processes

The control plane processes account identifiers, locale, household/member status, device public-key metadata, one-time invite metadata, activity timestamps, scan quota, entitlement and billing/audit metadata. Receipt images or PDFs and extracted rows are processed transiently to answer the scan request, including by a third-party AI model provider, and are deleted after success or failure.

Purposes, retention and rights

Account/control metadata supports authentication, household access, quota, billing and abuse prevention. Billing evidence and security audit records require category-specific retention. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable.

BLOCKED: exact legal bases by purpose, retention periods, OpenAI/provider regions and transfer safeguards, subprocessor list, cookie/storage inventory, rights-response route and Lithuanian supervisory-authority wording require authoritative evidence and legal review before publication.
